08/15/2026 - Hello again ! I recently added a company known as Votacall to the website, take a look to see what a great bunch they are.

I also want to thank everyone that has been a part of this journey. Still amazed by all of you, and thankful for all of you too.

We have been fortunate to do business with a few new companies this year and look forward to more with them and others. I also have a few more things in the works both here and in business. Be sure to check back.

On our FUN page you can see Mr. Kona. He came to us after we lost a great pup recently. Kona is full of energy, if I only had half of it.

Hello friends and guests ! We are coming up on one year of operations. I thought I would have more time to play on a website, but I was too busy working for all of you to do such things. Snow storms have given me some time to update things. First and foremost I am thankful for the people and companies that I have had the honor to work with and do work for. It has been very humbling. Again...Thank you all. Second, there have been some amazing and supportive people that have helped guide things from idea to reality. There are no words to convey my thanks.

Please check out the Grandstream page, and I hope to add a few other pages this coming year. Addition will continue, however the principals stay the same.

Thanks for stopping in, for over 20 years I have been working with technology. But if you are reading this section, it's not all about tech, it's also about this company's ideals and values. I have always made sure that a customer has been given the absolute best knowledge and service possible. Honesty and fairness will always be primary rules that are not flexible. The growth of this company will always retain these core values and will never be compromised, not now, not ever.

Recently founded to provide in person and remote technology services to the North East, working with a broad range of applications and hardware for industrial and commercial business.

ACT is headquartered in Scranton PA where Anthracite coal was instrumental in the growth of the region.

Over the years I have spent a great deal of time observing customers and how their business operates. From that I have been able to give honest and fair evaluations to them. Over time, we can prevent points of failure before they become a point of failure because we have learned how they operate.

ACT has resources from across the country to help with nearly any issue technology can throw at your business.

When something is not working correctly....

Aside from understanding what the desired end result of any type of tech has been made for, unless you designed and built it yourself, you have to be open minded and willing to look at and listen to other points of view. You have to be willing to accept you might not know everything. You have to be willing to learn. You have to be willing to ACT.

ACT will work as a third party vendor when requested, national companies sometimes have needs that are beyond reasonable travel. Anthracite can help.

Another important value, humor... technology can be frustrating at times, a sense of humor can help get through the more difficult times. We will dispense humor at no charge.
